Create & Configure Competition
Set up a new competition with all required parameters.
Step 1: Basic Information
Navigate to Competitions → Create. Enter the competition name, date, venue, and description. Select the game format (triplette, doublette, tête-à-tête, mixte).
Step 2: Competition Rules
Set the game class (Open, Women, Veteran, Junior, etc.), scoring system, number of rounds, and qualification criteria. Configure Swiss, knockout, or round-robin format.
Step 3: Registration Settings
Set the registration period (open/close dates), maximum participants, entry fee, and eligibility requirements (license type, ranking threshold, age category).
Step 4: Submit for Sanctioning
Submit the competition for sanctioning by the appropriate authority (club, district, or federation). The competition appears in the public calendar once approved.
Registration Management
Handle player/team registrations, waiting lists, and eligibility verification.
Step 1: Monitor Registrations
View incoming registrations in real-time. The platform automatically verifies license validity, category eligibility, and payment status.
Step 2: Manage Waiting List
When capacity is reached, new registrations join the waiting list. If a spot opens, the next person on the list is offered the spot automatically.
Step 3: Close Registration
Registration closes automatically at the deadline. You can also close it manually when capacity is reached. Send a confirmation email to all registered participants.
Draw & Scheduling
Generate the draw and create the competition schedule.
Step 1: Generate Draw
Navigate to the competition → Draw. Select the draw method (random, seeded, Swiss pairing). The platform generates the brackets and assigns court numbers.
Step 2: Review and Adjust
Review the draw for conflicts (same-club matchups in early rounds, etc.). Make manual adjustments if needed. Lock the draw when finalized.
Step 3: Publish Schedule
Publish the draw and schedule. All participants are notified via push notification and email. The schedule is visible on the competition page and in the mobile app.
Score Entry
Enter match scores in real-time, with online and offline support.
Step 1: Online Scoring
Use the admin panel or mobile app to enter scores as matches finish. Referees can also enter scores directly from their device. Results appear live.
Step 2: Offline Scoring
In areas with poor connectivity, use offline mode. Scores are stored locally and synced when connection is restored. A sync indicator shows pending uploads.
Step 3: Verify and Confirm
Review entered scores before confirming. Once confirmed, the result feeds into the bracket progression and standings. Next-round pairings generate automatically.
Result Publishing
Finalize and publish competition results.
Step 1: Review Final Standings
After the last match, review the final standings. Verify tiebreakers are applied correctly. Check for any pending score corrections.
Step 2: Publish Results
Click "Publish Results" to make them official. Results appear on the competition page, the federation website, and in the mobile app. Rankings update automatically.
Step 3: Export and Archive
Export results as PDF or CSV for your records. The competition is automatically archived and results remain available in the historical database.
Protest Handling
Receive and process protests during and after competitions.
Step 1: Receive Protest
Protests are submitted via the platform or in person. Log the protest with the complainant, match reference, and description. The match is flagged.
Step 2: Review with Jury
Convene the jury if required. Record the deliberation and decision. Upload any supporting evidence (photos, referee reports).
Step 3: Record Decision
Enter the jury's decision (upheld/dismissed). If upheld, adjust the match result. All parties are notified. The decision is recorded in the competition archive.
