Register Your Venue
Add your venue to the Petanque Life platform.
Step 1: Create Venue Profile
Navigate to Venues → Register New. Enter your venue name, address, GPS coordinates, and type (boulodrome, hospitality venue, park, indoor facility).
Step 2: Add Details
Add photos, opening hours, amenities (parking, bar, restaurant, lighting, covered/outdoor), accessibility information, and contact details.
Step 3: Verification
Your local federation or district verifies the venue. Once approved, it appears on the public venue map and is available for competition hosting.
Court Management
Manage individual courts, maintenance, and availability.
Step 1: Add Courts
Add each court with its number, dimensions, surface type (gravel, sand, synthetic), lighting status, and competition certification level.
Step 2: Maintenance Schedule
Log maintenance activities (resurfacing, leveling, drainage). Schedule recurring maintenance. Mark courts as temporarily unavailable during maintenance.
Step 3: Availability Dashboard
View real-time court availability across your venue. See upcoming bookings, blocked periods, and maintenance windows in a calendar view.
Booking System
Enable and manage court bookings.
Step 1: Configure Booking Rules
Set booking parameters: minimum/maximum duration, advance booking window, cancellation policy, peak/off-peak pricing, and member discounts.
Step 2: Accept Bookings
Players book courts via the mobile app or website. View incoming bookings, approve or decline (for manual approval mode), and manage the booking calendar.
Step 3: Payment & Reporting
Track booking revenue. Generate utilization reports showing peak hours, popular courts, and revenue trends. Export data for your accounts.
Event Hosting
Host competitions and events at your venue.
Step 1: List Availability
Mark dates as available for competition hosting. Specify the number of courts available, amenities, and any special arrangements you can provide.
Step 2: Event Coordination
When a competition is assigned to your venue, coordinate with the competition director on logistics — court allocation, timing, scoring table setup, refreshments.
Step 3: Post-Event
After the event, view attendance figures and any venue feedback. Update your venue profile with photos from the event. Track your event hosting history.
