Medical Records

F12.02 9 funcionalidades Planificado

En resumen

Tenant-configurable medical records covering certificat médical handling, attestation sur l'honneur self-declarations with e-signature, on-site injury reporting, para-petanque functional classification, sealed emergency-contact data released only to event medical leads, and international friskhetsintygande issuance. Each requirement is switchable per federation so France's three-year cycle and Sweden's no-certificate model coexist cleanly on the same platform.

Cómo funciona

Medical Records is driven by a per-tenant requirements matrix that defines what is mandatory at first licence, at each annual renewal, and on every n-year cycle. France enables a full certificat médical at first licence with three-year renewals; Sweden disables the certificate entirely; other federations fall anywhere in between. When a player begins a licence application, the platform inspects the matrix, surfaces only the relevant document slots, and blocks submission until they are filled.

Uploaded certificates are stored as signed PDFs with extracted metadata (issuing physician, issue date, expiry), and an automated reminder pipeline emails and push-notifies the player at T-60, T-30, T-7, and on expiry. On renewal years where a full certificate is not required, the player is offered an attestation sur l'honneur — a digital health self-declaration with a versioned text body, mandatory checkbox affirmations, and a tamper-evident e-signature that hashes the declaration text together with the player ID and timestamp. Injury reports are filed by referees, medical staff, or players themselves through the competition app; each report carries severity, body region, on-site treatment, transport disposition, and links back to the match.

Para-petanque classification stores the athlete's functional class (e.g., wheelchair, standing-impairment) with classifier identity, classification date, and review window. Emergency contact data, allergies, and chronic medical conditions are stored as a sealed organiser-view profile that becomes accessible only to the medical lead of a competition the player has entered, and only for the event's duration — full read events are audit-logged. International health certificates, where required by host nations such as France for foreign entrants, are requested by the player, countersigned by the home club, issued as a stamped PDF by the federation, and verifiable via QR by the receiving organiser.

En la práctica

Camille renews her French licence for the third year. The platform detects her certificate expires on May 1 and prompts a full medical re-examination because France's three-year window has elapsed. She books her GP, uploads the signed certificat médical, and the system extracts the expiry as 2029-05-01 along with the issuing physician's RPPS number.

The following season, on the off-years, she only completes an attestation sur l'honneur with two checkbox affirmations and an e-signature. Two months later she enters a tournament in Spain that requires a friskhetsintygande for foreign players. From her account she requests an international health certificate, her club president countersigns within hours, the federation issues a QR-stamped PDF, and the Spanish organiser scans it at registration to confirm validity in seconds.
