Trust signals are placed at the moments of doubt, not bunched in a single 'About Us' page. A federation-logo bar runs across the hero, pricing and audience pages so visitors immediately see who already trusts the platform. Testimonials from federations, clubs and players are cycled into context — a federation testimonial appears on /for-federations, a player testimonial on /for-players — so social proof always matches the visitor.

A press mentions section links out to external articles in petanque media and mainstream press, borrowing third-party credibility. The security and privacy page is a substantive document, not a checkbox: it covers GDPR posture, EU data hosting on Azure North Europe, encryption at rest and in transit, sub-processors, incident response, retention and deletion. A public status page (see F19.12) is linked from the footer of every page so anyone who suspects an outage can self-serve the answer rather than escalate to support.

Technology trust signals — 'Built on Craft Easy' provenance, open API documentation linked from the marketing site, public changelog — reassure technical buyers that the platform is real software run by real engineers, not a no-code Frankenstein. A live community counter (players, clubs, countries, matches in progress) keeps the social proof current and dynamic. For high-trust buyers (federations, FIPJP), a separate 'Compliance' subsection on the security page covers procurement requirements: DPA template, audit rights, sovereignty options.
