International Competitions
En bref
International competition support — continental, world championships, World Games — with national delegation management, accreditation badges, multi-language announcements, time-zone-aware scheduling, FIPJP ranking points feed-back, host bidding, and historical medal tables per competition.
Comment ça fonctionne
International events are first-class competitions with extra layers tuned to multi-nation play. Each participating federation manages its national delegation: it submits a roster respecting the delegation size limit set per event type (e.g., FIPJP World Triplette = 3 players + 1 reserve + coach + delegate), with players sourced from the qualification pathway snapshot. Nation-vs-nation format is supported natively (triplette championship = 3 triplettes per nation playing concurrent matches; a nation's score per round is the aggregate).
Flag and anthem management attaches the right symbols per nation for opening/closing ceremonies, podium, and broadcast graphics. The accreditation system issues badges with role tiers (player, official, media, VIP), each bearing access zones and a QR code scanned at venue checkpoints. Multi-language announcements at the event support live PA messages in several languages simultaneously, while time zone management stores schedules in event-local time but renders them in each viewer's time zone — so a player in Brazil sees the Bangkok semi-final at 06:30 local.
International ranking points (FIPJP coefficient) feed back into national rankings automatically once results publish, so a deep run at Worlds boosts the player's national list as well. Travel and accommodation coordination per delegation tracks flights, hotels, transport, and meal preferences from a central panel. Historical records per international competition keep an all-time medal table per event — every edition's gold/silver/bronze, host nation, attendance, finalists — feeding the Records & Milestones subsystem.
International competition bidding lets federations apply to host: bid documentation, voting timeline, infrastructure assessment, and award workflow run in the same backbone.

En pratique
Three months before the World Triplette Championship, the Italian federation submits its delegation: 3 players + 1 reserve from the EM qualification pathway, the national coach, a delegate, and a physiotherapist. Accreditation badges generate with QR codes. On day one, security at the venue scans badges as athletes enter.
Live announcements broadcast in French, English, and Spanish; a Brazilian viewer sees the schedule in BRT and follows the final at 09:00 local. Italy wins bronze; the result publishes, FIPJP world points and Italian national ranking points apply within an hour, and the medal table for World Triplette 2026 updates with Italy at #3. Six months later, the federation submits a bid to host the 2030 edition.
