For PE teachers

A 40-minute pétanque lesson, ready to teach

Federation-reviewed PE pack with a tight lesson plan, equipment list, safety briefing, and an optional starter-kit bundle delivered to your school.

The 40-minute lesson

Built around the way PE actually flows — quick warm-up, focused activity, structured cool-down. Works indoors on hard floor or outdoors on gravel.

5 minutes

Warm-up

Ankle/wrist mobility, the throwing arm circle, and a single rule recap so students enter ready to play.

25 minutes

Main activity

Two stations: pointing on a target line and shooting at a stationary boule. Students rotate every 8 minutes.

10 minutes

Cool-down

A scored 3-end mini-match in pairs, then collect equipment, debrief, dismiss.
