Marketplace Seller Dashboard is the operational console for every seller on the platform — manufacturer, retailer, club shop, or individual reseller — providing KYC onboarding, product inventory with rich variants, multi-warehouse stock tracking, full order fulfilment workflow, Stripe Connect payouts on a configurable schedule, return and refund management, and review handling in one unified workspace.

Sellers begin with Seller Onboarding: company or individual identity is captured, KYC verification runs through Stripe Identity (passport / national ID, proof of address, beneficial-owner declaration for companies), VAT number and EORI are validated, and a Stripe Connect Express account is created so payouts can flow directly to the seller's bank. Once approved, the seller can build their Product Inventory either by importing from the central Equipment Catalog (F11.01) — automatically inheriting specs, photos, and homologation status — or by creating tenant-specific SKUs. Each product supports rich variants (size, color, weight grade, hardness for boules) with per-variant stock, price, and barcode.

Inventory Tracking is multi-warehouse: a manufacturer can sync stock from ERP via webhook, a retailer can use POS terminals (Square, iZettle, Stripe Terminal) that decrement live, and clubs running pop-up shops at competitions can adjust counts manually. Order Management shows incoming orders in a kanban (new, paid, packed, shipped, delivered, returned) with bulk label printing, packing-slip PDFs, and customer-message threads. Stripe Connect Payouts settle on the seller's chosen schedule (instant, daily, weekly) net of platform commission and refund liability.

Return and Refund Management supports buyer-initiated returns with reason codes, automatic shipping-label generation, partial refunds, and proportional commission reversal (F11.07). Reviews and Ratings inbox surfaces every customer review the seller receives, with reply tools and abuse-flagging. The dashboard also exposes margin reports, conversion analytics, sponsored-listing controls, and pro-service enquiry routing for buyers asking about volume orders or custom branding.
